The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns and evolves how Purpose communicates with users across their entire journey—from first touch through long-term retention, advocacy, and service-driven moments. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Customer Service and is deeply hands-on in Customer.io, spanning email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
You will build and operate a high-quality lifecycle communication system that supports acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience, with the goal of increasing conversion rates, repeat engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV) while reducing friction and support burden.
Location: Remote (US-friendly time zones preferred)
Time Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours per week
