Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical growth marketing and marketing operations role focused on execution, experimentation, systems, and operational visibility, with a defined portion of the role dedicated to active paid media management.

You will work directly inside our tools every day — WordPress, paid media platforms, Customer.io, Appsflyer, RevenueCat, PostHog, GA4, with an active view on attribution and experimentation workflows. Other focus will help onboard and maintain additional platforms across creators, influencers, social media management, and analytics. The ideal candidate may not have worked in every platform listed, but can ramp quickly across new tools and technologies with strong foundational experience in growth, paid media, and analytics systems.

A core part of this role is ensuring the health, reliability, and clarity of our marketing stack, and regularly reporting on how these systems are performing to the broader team.

This role is not for a pure strategist. It is designed for someone who enjoys building, implementing, QA’ing, monitoring, and iterating across growth systems.
