Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a focus on crisp UX, interactivity, and animation to help design and scale the mobile experience. You’ll work closely with the Founders and Engineering team to develop core features, craft polished interactions, and bring our AI-driven product vision to life. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about mental health, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys building rapidly.

Location: In-person (4 days a week on-site in Los Angeles)

Time Commitment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process – needs analysis, wireframes, prototyping, and final UI
• Design mobile-first experiences
• Develop and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with engineering on design implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to create insights for actionable product improvements
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate flows, animations, and interactions
• Work closely with product and AI teams on model driven features and personalized user journeys
• Champion our product strategy, to help shape what we build and why
